We just sent this email to everyone on the Alex Collier email list. It regards the problems at Brighteon and our webinar replays and a temporary solution that should allow those wishing to purchase the replay.
Brighteon has been hosting our webinar replays since July 2020. However, recently, they have had issues with their payment processor. This has become even more of an issue after sending out the email last night announcing the replay for Friday's interview webinar with Dr Christiane Northrup, and Dr Jess Bell was available; there were zero purchases.
Apparently, Brighteon's payment processor shut down its payment system due to a bot attack, which is why all of the purchases were declined. While Brighteon fixes its payment processor issues, we have come up with a solution that should work for the short term. This solution will allow those who wish to purchase the discounted webinar replay video to access the content.
We can sell tickets indefinitely using the Crowdcast platform, where we host our live webinars after the live webinar. We can change the live webinar video to the edited replay. We can also change the ticket price. So, Alex and I have decided that until Brighteon fixes their issues, we will make use of the Crowdcast platform to allow you to purchase a discounted copy of the edited webinar replay on a Monday afternoon (EST) following the live webinar and the price of a webinar ticket will be dropped to $6.99 for a webinar and interview webinar and $5.99 for a Question and Answer webinar—the same price as a webinar replay offered at Brighteon. However, we will turn off the live webinar's chat and Q&A section since that is reserved exclusively for live webinar ticket purchasers.

As the problems at Brighteon started in December, we have decided to offer all webinars from the beginning of December in the same manner. We have received a few emails from customers who have experienced problems using Brighteon over the past month or so, and this will allow them to purchase the replays.

This is for those who have not previously used the Crowdcast platform to purchase webinar tickets; please follow the instructions below to purchase the webinar replay:
- Click on Get Your Ticket.
- On the next screen, click on the green arrow.
- Enter your email and click the green arrow.
- Click on ‘Email Me A Login Link'.
- Click the link in the email you receive entitled ‘Your login link' from Crowdcast. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder.
- Click ‘View Tickets' and then the green arrow.
- Click ‘Confirm and Checkout'.
- Enter your credit or debit card information on the secure Stripe payment page. Click ‘Pay'. Payments are made with ‘Resolute Mountain Trust', Alex's company.
- You should now be able to access the webinar replay. For the best experience, please use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox internet browsers.
This will hopefully be a temporary solution since Alex and I discussed developing a new website; we recently procured the AlexCollier.COM domain name that has eluded us for many years as someone else owned it. With that purchase, we have decided to focus on creating a new website for Alex that will make news and information available. We will also have a store where webinar replays will be available to purchase alongside transcripts and other products and services. Once created, we also want to set up a forum. This development will begin this week, and we will let you all know when it's ready.
Thank you for being so supportive of Alex's work. We apologise for the inconvenience Brighteon's issues caused. This is an adequate short-term solution; we do not wish to abandon Brighteon. However, we have no alternative until they have fixed their payment processor issues.

In order to track an order you need to provide evidence of payment. If the company cannot find your order it probably means the order wasn’t approved.
