Sounds like Hell/Underworld Tales, Demons and the Devil (a snake or reptilian). Inversion of all what we consider enjoyable or good. Pure evil. If there is not a grand twist or higher purpose in all of this, i would say “Shoot at first sight” is an appropriate answer.
